To register a company in Morocco, you will need to follow the country’s legal requirements and procedures. Here is a general overview of the registration process :

1. Choose a Business Structure: Determine the type of business entity you want to establish, such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company (LLC), or joint-stock company.

3. Articles of Association: Prepare the Articles of Association, which outline the company’s purpose, shareholders, management structure, and other key details.
4. Bank Account: Open a bank account in Morocco in the company’s name .
5. Legalization : the Articles of Association must be legalized in Morocco or by apostil.
6. Registration with the Commercial Registry: This step registers your company in the Commercial Court.
7. Tax Registration: Register your company for taxation purposes with the Moroccan tax authorities (https://tax.gov.ma/wps/portal/DGI/Accueil/).
8. Social Security and Labor Registration: Enroll your company and employees with the CNSS National security fund (https://www.cnss.ma/).
